Getting the two sides together at the same time seemed a good way of helping one university to encourage investors in its research activities. In another state an academic entrepreneurship conference paved the way for biotechnical research. The advancement of technology resulted in state law creating seven of these centers. Dentistry had the same fate a while back when people seemed to have overcome their cavity problems and so there were no patients available for the newly graduated dentists to treat.
