I just picked up the cutting edge website promotion software by Alexandr Krulik called Magic Submitter, so I thought I'd do a little review. The interface is simple and straight forward. Everything is simple to access and there's a nice graphical user interface. There are several tabs along with a drop down box of services.
Magic Submitter is not only an automatic submitter, but an automatic account creator and email link verifier. There's dozens of in-built services for blogs, video sites, social bookmarking, article directories and rss sites. There is even the ability to make free email accounts to use for registration at all the web 2.0 services. What really sets Magic Submitter apart from other automated submitters is the Designer. The Designer allows the user to show Magic Submitter the way to sign up and submit content to any web site. For this Magic Submitter review we won't be reviewing the Designer.
I want to illustrate that I didn't create a free email account. I used a brand new email account created on one of my domains. Some Web 2.0 services tend not to let you sign up using a free email account, so I opted to make use of my own email account to give Magic Submitter the benefit of the doubt.
You will need to produce a user profile that contains a user name, real name, address, web site ans site name. Additionally , you will have to enter your email settings and password so Magic Submitter can validate email confirmations on your behalf after the account creations.
The majority of the websites that Magic Submitter submits to require CAPTCHA verification to avoid spambots. You'll be able to either enter the CAPTCHA's manually or use the 3rd party service decaptcher.com. I opted to make use of decaptcher.
Magic Submitter is multi-threaded, meaning you are able to choose to have 1 to 3 browser windows registering accounts at one time. For those who have a quick computer and fast internet connection i suggest you use the maximum three browsers to increase registration speed.
The whole account creation process took a few hours, but I did not have to stare at the computer the whole time. I was able to browse the net and work on other projects as Magic Submitter attended work. If this seems like too slow of a process for you personally, I want to point out that most of the delay was due to the CAPTCHA solving service. It took a long time for some of the solving and sometimes the CAPTCHA's were wrong. If you ever manually solved the CAPTCHA's you could probably create all of the accounts in under an hour. At times I would have the program minimized so I could work on other things. I would bring the program back up periodically to see if there were any troubles. If Magic Submitter was stumped on anything it would hold that browser window to give the consumer a chance to correct it. One very nice feature about Magic Submitter is the ability to fix errors on the fly. If Magic Submitter encounters an issue when registering with a site it will freeze the browser window permitting the user to correct errors. If you are able to successfully finish the registration process you are able to click "complete" and you are good to go.
Some of the blog and article websites have need of user actions that Magic Submitter can't automate. When these appear Magic Submitter will inform you what to do. An illustration of a common user required action is the web site will send a unique password to the e-mail account. The user must manually verify the e-mail account and retrieve the password and input it manually into Magic Submitter for that account. Other user required actions may be that the user has to manually login to the account and perform further account setup. These sites are minimal and well worth a bit additional effort to have more sites to pick from.
In the end Magic Submitter was able to create accounts at over ninety % of the built in services, requiring little user input from me. IMPORTANT Stage! Once the account creation process is concluded you have to click on "check emails". This system will then down load all of the account creation emails and click on the verification links. Most of these links expire within 24 - 72 hours, so you don't want to disregard this step. In total, I successfully signed up for over 110 services. It must be noted the article directories are the top tier. Out of all the accounts, over 30 were blogs, which is very powerful indeed.
Magic Submitter's account creation went rather smooth, now I'm onto submit content, so keep your eye our for another Magic Submitter review.
