When you're about to purchase something online always scroll down to the bottom of the webpage and look for an "Affiliate(s)", "Partners", "Resellers" Link at the bottom of the website, you'll be amazed of the money you can save on things you plan on purchasing online. Even Amazon.com has an "Affiliate Program", but it's under "Join Associates" on their website, and their program only pays a small % of each sale. But for the most part if you're buying let's say computer software, hosting, or even a domain name you can save usually up to 75% off the normal price. Now if you have a significant other, I recommend you setting up the affiliate account under their name, just to prevent any issues on earning commission. Some vendors do not like to pay commission on affiliate own purchases (which again makes no sense to me, but hey it's their rules). So if you set it up in your significant others name and you purchase the products for his/her affiliate links it's 100% legitimate purchase. Besides saving money on your own purchases, if you have a target audience with a current website or even on your own Facebook page you can promote your affiliate links to others and earn some nice easy money. Most places you will never read about this because, well greed mostly if I tell you about this I most likely can never get you to purchase any products from my affiliate links. But at SimplyFreeReviews.com "Helping One Another" achieve success in our primary goal. So anyone who has any other marketing ideas they would like to share, please post them here. Trust me from personal experience, if you share something valuable and help others in the process, you will receive something good in return.
To get you started these are MUST HAVE Affiliate Programs in my opinion:
Commission Junction: They cover 100's of big companies affiliate programs like Godaddy & Createspace all under one roof. I have saved a lot of money from Commission Junction affiliate program just buying my own "must have" products through it. Just the 20% from Godaddy.com Purchases Alone is worth $100's to me every year.
Linkshare: Another company similar to Commission Junction with a lot of BIG NAME Vendors including Wal-Mart, 1800PetMeds, Office Max, a lot of the Big Name Dating Sites (only up to 5% commission from Walmart.com Purchases). But the price is usually cheaper on most products at Walmart.com then in the physical store, and with "free site to store shipping" this can add up to a lot of savings over the year as long as you're willing to wait a few extra days for the product. And before NO the physical store will NOT match their own online prices, yes I know again makes no sense but hey it's their world I just live in it. Up to 75% commission offered on a few of the Big Name Dating sites at Linkshare though.
Clickbank : When it comes to computer software & programs this is a must have affiliate account, 1,000's of products available with commission rates up to 75%, and the norm over there is 50% commission pretty much on almost anything sold. So if you ever come across one of those extremely long "ONE PAGE PITCH SITES" it's most likely a Clickbank affiliate site, so before you buy the product, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and look for that "Affilaites" link. It will be well worth it!
Plimus: Last but not least this is another affiliate program which I would compare more to Clickbank, a lot of software type products and it seems all the new Forex products are available through Plimus Affiliate program at up to 75% commission. Forex isn't my thing but to each his own as these are Plimus's most popular selling products. So I know people are buying them.
