Dreams are wonderful things. You know, those lovely daydreams on a very lazy Saturday morning, which plays itself out in true Technicolor once you drift off and go over to the REM mode at night? Yes, this is when I dream about this bright red 4x4 for sale But, other than my pals, I don't see winches and snorkels and low range gears and massive wheels. Oh no - I see waterways and sand dunes and trails and savannah and in many cases lions Yes, that's my desire in my red 4x4 for sale. My dream commences with an empty red 4x4 having just been parked in my drive way and then I tip toe toward it, scared it could roar away. Sneakily, I park it in the garage and double lock the door, having taken out my wife's vehicle and parked it in the driveway instead. Then I go inside and take out my traveling atlas and spread it on the kitchen table, all in Technicolor, where I mark my vacation to the Kgalagadi game park. Johannesburg, Lichtenburg, Vryburg, Kuruman, Olifantshoek, Upington, Olifant's Camp Kgalagadi A fairly hefty trip, but nothing my red 4x4 for sale, can't handle. Pity, however, there aren't any dirt roads on the way to the Kgalagadi - just to try out my bright red baby in route.
But, not surprisingly, before taking to the road, I need to attire my red beauty. Camping tents, gas stove, braai, gas bottles. Oh yes - and a table and folding seat and my torch.and my digital camera Yes well, I'll have to hook the trailer too because I have to take all food items with me, as it is very costly shopping for things in the Kgalagadi. Remembering to take wood for the braai there where I'm planning in going as well as water in bottles. Oh, I can just see the faces of my close friends - pure unadulterated jealousy expressed in those miserable faces. The REM phase continues and in bright beautiful colours I see myself sneaking from the house and carefully sidle into my red plaything, not to upset all of the goodies I have packed into the cabin for "padkos". I start my bright red 4x4 for sale and she purrs like a Cheetah as I glide into the road and aim for Lichtenburg. Pure paradise as the red baby pushes toward Vryburg,Kuruman, Olifantshoek, Upington, and Olifants Camp Kgalagadi. After that, I move onward to Nossob. Here I pitch the tent, on the very first leg of the trip, here where I first saw that lion, earlier in my sleep. A chilly frosty, maybe 2, I grab a piece of biltong, and my new cutting knife, and rush to the red beauty to check out all those Lion and other pests and things, my camera at the ready. I get back to camp drained, starving and parched - may be a bit smelly too, A quick, a very quick shower and then to light the fire; one of the highlights of my trip. As the fire takes, I see that red 4x4 for sale glimmering in the flames of the fire.
As I put that lamb chop to my mouth I feel this real sharp discomfort in my side, and over and over "John, stop talking and shouting in your sleep about your bright red cherry all the time, you're waking up the whole house"
