I wanted to pay less for power and I wanted to do something good for the natural world. I was under the impression that something like making a windmill was difficult and required some kind of unusual skill or learning; thankfully I was in the wrong!
For a couple of years I had been hearing about individuals that were creating their own electricity at home. I thought it was some type of bull, that is until I found the Earth4Energy.com website. I read their information then did some study. Among the many things I didn't know was that E4E is the first company to put out a guide for home made energy. Also I did not understand how easy on the pocket it is. Or that I could do a project like this with everyday materials and that it would only take a couple of days.
E4E's plans, videos, and technological support for Making A Windmill was wexactly what I wanted to succeed. I am pleased to report that I have a gorgeous looking windmill attached to my home in the suburbs and it provides on average about 75% of the power for my house.
Last month my electrical statement was less than $20! Now this is for a 3100 square foot home. I bought everything I needed at that big box hardware store (with the orange sign) that is just down the boulevard and all in all it cost me roughly $195 (including the $50 I spent on the guide).
Now we don't have to pay a contractor 1000's; thank you E4E for making this product available.
