There is nothing magic about generating power. It is so easy in fact, the electricity company most likely does not want you to read this article; and that is exactly why I am writing it. I was introduced to do it yourself energy or home-based energy, more than 2 years ago. On average my systems (mostly wind) provide about 70% of my power needs, and at least 3 months out of the year I am selling electrcity back to the electric comapny!
There are alot of perks to making your own energy. Obviously one of the big ones is all the cash you'll save. But don't overlook about the difference we can make to the environment as people. The example we set for our children and our neighbors - and oh ya, it is ALOT of fun to do. The reward and feeling of pride I got when I effectively built my first windmill is very high on my 'personal bests' list.
Do it yourself energy is not an hopeless dream, the fact is that for less than $200 (including the plans, and one weekend of your time, you can be powering your home for free! So what is stopping you? I know for me, I was uncertain at first just because I did not know what I was doing, and I did not think I had the knowledge to pull it off.
That is where getting the correct guidance and support for your do it yourself energy project comes in. There are only a couple of sound companies out there that can be trusted. The rest are just copied schematics, and overlook it if you need any help because there is no one home (if you know what I mean). Not so with the business I used (click the link at the bottom of this article).
By the way, my neighbor down the road payed a contractor $17,000.00 for a windmill and it does not even generate as much power as mine!
Thank goodness we don't have to pay a contractor 1000's; thank you E4E for generating this product available
