2. Eat a small handful of almonds (at least 6) every morning. Almonds are one of the healthiest food and drink you can eat and the protein is good for on fire fat.

3. Add fiber to your diet and cut down your intake of the bad carbs. Foods such as white bread, pastas, potatoes, and white rice be supposed to be limited.

4. Eat brown rice and whole wheat bread instead. To get that needed fiber increases your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables (especially the leafy green ones).

5. Drink skim milk instead of whole milk. Keep your dairy eating at a minimum because these products often cause bloat and gas.

7. Drink plenty of water. You should be drinking 6 to 8 glasses per day. Not only will it help fill you up so you eat less, but it aids in absorption.

8. Stop eating within 3 hours of bedtime. If you have to munch on something, eat a small portion of vegetables or fruit. Not eating late can make a huge difference.

Home Remedies for Flat Stomach

Acupressure is a very remedy for weight loss, You must press the acupressure points mentioned below at least 2 to 3 times in a day for 5 -10 minutes. It helps in scheming hunger thereby leading to weight loss.

Eat your food slowly and chew each morsel 40 -50 times. This turns the food into liquid form before you gulp it down the throat.
This helps in losing weight, when practiced frequently for a period of at least 2 -3 months.

Don't consume any food when you are under stress.
Eat only when you are really hungry.

You can put an end to the conservative time table for meals and eat unless you are hungry.

Eat breads that are made of soyabeans and whole grains.
Put half a lemon juice in temperate water and add a teaspoon of honey. Drink this on an empty stomach on a daily basis.

Jujube leaves are careful beneficial and will help you get rid of the extra body fat.

Immerse a fistful of jujube leaves in water. Leave it soaked overnight.

The next morning damage the water and drink it first obsession in the morning. Repeat this for at least a month.
